Great Service for 12 Years
Since 1997 Digitex has supported all our printing needs. Your recommendations for the correct printer for each department have been right on. During the past 12 years of our association, the Digitex staff has been knowledgeable in all aspects. The technical support response time to emergencies has been outstanding, which is very important to us. They are also VERY patient with me in particular, which is very much appreciated. Copiers - great resource
Interfaith Caring Ministries just re-negotiated our copier contracts with Digitex. The cost savings is going to be amazing - we don't have to outsource our brochures anymore. We now have the capability to scan a document and send it directly to our email inbox. We can send documents directly to the copier from our desktop. I could go on and on about the increased functionality and efficiency we have experienced.
On top of all that, the service has been incredible. Our Account Rep checks on us regularly; he even donated to our golf tournament. Digitex sent a trainer to the office so we would all be comfortable with the new functionality. It's not often that we get the opportunity to sing the praises of a copier company!

Great Service

He found a piece of torn paper in the copier machine that was hidden well that may have been causing the creases. I learn a lot every time a technician comes.
